摘要通过对中医骨科文献中有关睡眠内容的初步研究，精选其中有益的内容加以探讨，了解中医骨科疾病治疗中对睡眠的要求，对骨科疾病康复中的睡眠要求有了进一步的认识，进而了解睡眠对骨科疾病治疗的重要作用，以期为研究骨科疾病的睡眠养生提供一定借鉴。
