摘要 本文从寒地的角度，探讨寒地人群睡眠及睡眠障碍发生的一些特征，提出关于寒地睡眠医学的基本概念及研究范围，重点研究寒地人群的睡眠生理、寒地人群睡眠障碍的基本特征、寒地人群的睡眠养生方法、寒地特有睡眠障碍人群的防治方法，并对寒地睡眠医学的发展加以展望。
