摘要 本文通过摘取《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中对多寐病的论述，总结出《伤寒杂病论》中多寐病的病因病机及诊疗特点，为临床遣方用药提供借鉴与参考。掌握其中多寐的论述特征及治疗方药，对现代临床治疗多寐相关疾病具有重要的指导意义。

    Abstract Through reviewing discussion about somnolence in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber， to summarize etiology and pathology and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment， to provide evidence for clinical application. Studying characteristics of discussion and medicine is important guidance for treatment of somnolence and related diseases.
