摘要 在中医古籍中命名尤其繁杂，为了更好地探讨淋巴结核的中西医结合治疗，有必要从瘰疬与淋巴结核的命名之源开始探讨。通过对古籍文献整理，结合中国医学史、西洋医学史等书籍对瘰疬与淋巴结核进行对照发现我国治疗瘰疬史要早于《灵枢·寒热篇》记载。从《山海经》及长沙马王堆出土的帛书《足背十一脉灸经》《五十二病方》入手对瘰疬病名进行研究证明我国治疗淋巴结核历史早于西方1000多年。
