宁神安眠汤对心胆气虚证不寐患者睡眠质量的影响(1)
摘要 目的：研究寧神安眠汤对心胆气虚证不寐患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2017年7月至2018年2月莆田学院附属医院收治的心胆气虚证不寐患者96例作为研究对象，按照随机综合平衡法分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组采用右佐匹隆片治疗，观察组采用宁神安眠汤治疗。观察治疗效果，包括不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率等情况，并使用标准的评分标准对患者睡眠质量、生命质量评分和焦虑抑郁等进行评定，记录患者总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期和觉醒时间等信息，进行组间数据比较分析。结果：1)观察组不良反应发生率(2.08%)，对照组不良反应发生率(20.83%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)观察组治疗总有效率(97.92%)，对照组治疗总有效率(77.08%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)观察组总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期和觉醒时间与对照组比较明显要长，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4)观察组治疗后生命质量评分与对照组比较要高，睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁等评分则均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：宁神安眠汤治疗心胆气虚证不寐患者具有显著效果，能够使其睡眠质量得到改善，并减少不良反应发生，保障其预后，值得临床推广。

Effect of Ningshen Anmian Tang on Sleep Quality of Insomnia Patients with Heart-cholecyst Deficiency Syndrome
