动脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效观察和对睡眠的影响(1)
摘要 目的：探討动脉溶栓治疗对缺血性脑血管病患者血管再通率、疾病复发率、睡眠质量、NIHSS评分和ADL评分等指标的影响。方法：选取2016年6月至2017年9月我院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者96例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组48例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组患者给予常规治疗结合动脉溶栓治疗，比较2组患者血管再通率、疾病复发率、睡眠治理、NIHSS评分和ADL评分等指标。结果：应用常规治疗结合动脉溶栓治疗的治疗方法能够有效提高缺血性脑血管患者血管的再通率，有效降低患者疾病复发率，提高睡眠质量，有效降低患者治疗后NIHSS评分，即有效降低患者的神经功能缺损，有效提高患者治疗后ADL评分，即有效提高患者的日常生活能力，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对缺血性脑血管患者应用常规治疗结合动脉溶栓治疗的治疗方法在提高患者血管的再通率，降低患者疾病复发率，降低患者的神经功能缺损，提高患者的睡眠质量，从而提高患者的生命质量有很好的效果，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of arterial thrombolysis on vascular recanalization rate， disease recurrence rate， sleep quality， NIHSS score and ADL score in ischemic cerebrovascular patients.Methods：A total of 96 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who received treatment in General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects in this study.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group， with 48 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment after admission， and the experimental group received conventional treatment combined with arterial thrombolysis after admission.The vascular recanalization rate， disease recurrence rate， sleep management， NIHSS score and ADL score were compared between the two groups.Results：The application of conventional treatment combined with artery in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular thrombolysis therapy treatment can effectively improve the rate of patients with blood vessel， reduce the patients with disease recurrence rate， improve sleep quality， effectively reduce the NIHSS score after treatment， patients with which effectively reduce the patient′s neurologic deficits， effectively improve the ADL scores after treatment， patients with the ability， improve the patients′ daily life results statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The combination of conventional treatment in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular patients with artery thrombolysis therapy in treatment of increase rate of blood vessel， reduce the patients with disease recurrence rate， reduce the patient′s neurologic deficits， improve the sleep quality of patients， so as to improve the quality of life of patients with good effect， very difficult is worth popularizing in our hospital and other hospitals in clinical., 百拇医药(刘杰)
