摘要 目的：探讨中医护理模式用于中医保守治疗的肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年1月至2018年1月山东省冠县中医院收治的肺癌患者72例随机分为对照组与观察组，均采取中医保守治疗的方法，前者提供常规护理，后者提供中医护理模式，比较2组睡眠质量、生命质量的差异。结果：护理后，2组睡眠质量与生命质量均优于护理前，组间比较观察组改善的幅度更理想，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医护理模式应用在中医保守治疗的肺癌患者中效果可靠，不仅能改善睡眠质量，还有利于提高生命质量，值得普及。
