摘要 目的：针对发病率日益增长的各种睡眠障碍，通过文献研究，探讨未来睡眠中药的药物开发，以便更好地为临床服务。方法：通过认真总结临床用药经验，结合现代药物化学研究成果，提取方法学之精华，提出睡眠中药研发的途径。结果：提出传统睡眠中药的6种途径，依据互联网+睡眠中药的10种途径。结论：睡眠中药及新药的研发可以通过多种途径得到有效的开发利用。
