摘要 目的：探析脊柱骨折术后影像学指标评估以及睡眠质量的改善情况。方法：回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月期间安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的脊柱骨折患者61例作为研究对象，所有患者均通过手术治疗，完成手术之后通过X线进行检查，对术前、术后影像学指标以及睡眠质量进行比较。结果：手术后伤椎后缘高度、伤椎中线高度、伤椎前缘高度明显高于手术前，患者的后凸角明显低于手术前(P<0.05);本组患者手术后睡眠质量评分明显低于手术前(P<0.05)。结论：脊柱骨折患者接受手术治疗后可明显改善影像学指标，且提升患者的睡眠质量，对改善患者治疗预后有着积极的作用。
