摘要 目的：探讨度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法：选取2017年4月至2018年4月銅陵市第三人民医院收治的抑郁症患者84例作为研究对象，随机均分为对照组和观察组，每组42例，对照组给予度洛西汀，观察组给予度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片进行治疗，比较治疗后的临床疗效。结果：治疗前，2组患者的焦虑抑郁评分和睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后，观察组焦虑抑郁评分和睡眠质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：度洛西汀联合富马酸喹硫平片能有效提高抑郁症患者的治疗效果。
