摘要 目的：观察血液透析结合血液灌流与护理干预对于尿毒症患者睡眠治疗的影响分析。方法：选取2017年4月至2018年6月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的尿毒症患者40例作为研究对象;所有患者均进行血液透析联合血液灌流进行治疗，同时辅以相应的护理干预;比较患者治疗前后睡眠质量评分情况;以及患者的护理满意度。结果：在睡眠质量评分中，患者治疗后睡眠治疗总分显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);且患者护理满意度评分在90.00%以上。结论：在对尿毒症患者进行血液透析联合血液灌流进行治疗的过程中，需要辅以良好的护理干预措施，以此来提高患者的治疗效果，改善患者的睡眠质量。
