摘要 目的：研究舒适护理改善卵巢癌化疗患者睡眠以及生命质量的疗效。研究方法：选取2016年11月至2018年5月厦门大学附属第一医院厦门肿瘤医院肿瘤内科收治的卵巢癌化疗患者78例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组39例。观察组实施舒适护理干预，对照组实施常规护理。比较2组患者的护理效果。结果：护理后观察组患者的睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生命质量评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对卵巢癌化疗患者实施舒适护理干预的效果较佳，可以有效的提高患者的睡眠质量与生命质量，促進患者的恢复。
