文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性 脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效观察(1)
摘要 目的：研究分析文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2018年8月龙岩市第二医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者80例为研究对象，经抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组中患者均使用地西泮治疗，观察组中患者均使用文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。使用脑卒中评价量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale，NIHSS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI)评估患者神经功能以及睡眠质量。比较用药后2组患者的神经功能、睡眠质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者的NIHSS以及PSQI分数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：采用文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍有利于改善患者神经功能，提升其睡眠质量，且用药后不良反应少，具有较高的价值，值得推广。

Observation on the Effect of Venlafaxine Combined with Shugan Jieyu Capsule on Sleep Disorder after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract Objective：To study and analyze the clinical effect of venlafaxine combined with shugan jieyu capsule in the treatment of sleep disorder after ischemic stroke.Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with sleep disorder after acute ischemic stroke admitted to the second hospital of iyan city from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as research.Objects：The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by lottery，with 40 cases in each group.All patients in the control group were treated with diazepam，and all patients in the observation group were treated with venlafaxine combined with shugan jieyu capsule.Neurological function and Sleep Quality were assessed using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The neurological function，sleep quality and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results：The scores of NIHSS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion：The combination of venlafaxine and shugan jieyu capsule in the treatment of sleep disorders after ischemic stroke is beneficial to improve the neurological function and sleep quality of patients，with fewer adverse reactions after medication，which is of high value and worth promoting.
