前列腺炎腰痛睡眠障碍中医药治疗效果临床观察(1)
摘要 目的：针对患有前列腺炎前列腺增生症腰痛睡眠障碍性功能低下的患者，采用中医药治疗方法以后，分析该治疗方法的临床效果。方法：选取2017—2018年期间在安徽省中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的患者1例作为研究对象，通过采用中医药治疗前列腺炎前列腺增生症腰痛睡眠障碍性功能低下，观察患者治疗前与治疗后症状改善情况、患者的生命质量变化情况。结果：患者通过治疗后，临床症状完全改善，各方面症状均得到恢复，生命质量得到有效提高。结论：前列腺炎前列腺增生症腰痛睡眠障碍性功能低下的患者使用中医药方法医治，能够促进患者恢复身体健康。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Medicine on Prostatitis Lumbago Sleep Disorder

Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment on patients with prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia with lumbago sleep disorder and sexual dysfunction.Methods：Using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prostatitis backache patients with sleep disorders，between 1985 and 2018 patients treated by yu，a lot，but this time to choose a 2017-2018 patients treated in our hospital during the period，by using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of prostatitis prostate hyperplasia lumbago sleep disorder low sexual function，symptoms of patients before and after treatment was observed，the patient′s quality of life changes.Results：After treatment，the clinical symptoms were completely improved，all the symptoms were recovered，and the quality of life was effectively improved.Conclusion：Patients with prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia with low back pain，sleep disturbance and sexual dysfunction can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine，which can promote patients to recover physical health.

前列腺炎主要是指以前列腺增生肥大炎性反应引起的尿频尿急排尿困难为主症的疾病，是目前常见的一种疾病，但是由于该疾病治疗困难，患者存在久治难愈的情况[1]。目前，在治疗患有前列腺炎的时候，主要采用的治疗方法为西医治疗和中医治疗2种，在西医治疗过程中，主要以消炎为主，但是该治疗方法难以解除患者前列腺增生肥大的问题，所以治疗效果不明显，在中医药治疗过程中，通过采用相关的药物，能够有效起到消炎的作用，同时还可以补肾补气温阳利水，起到清热化湿、活血化瘀的作用，从而消除患者前列腺增生肥大症状，改善患者尿频、尿急、排尿困难等症状[2]。为了能够有效使患者得到治疗，本文主要针对患有前列腺炎前列腺增生症腰痛睡眠障碍性功能低下的患者，采用中医药治疗方法以后，分析该治疗方法的临床效果。, http://www.100md.com(王开兴 侯效峰 王成龙 徐经世 王化猛 张国梁)
