摘要 目的：分析优质护理服务对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者76例作為研究对象，按照抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组38例。对照组接受常规护理，在此基础上观察组接受优质护理服务，比较2组患者的睡眠情况以及护理满意度。结果：干预后，观察组的睡眠质量评分以及疾病不确定感评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：给予慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者优质护理，可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量并提高护理满意度，值得推广。
