摘要 目的：探讨综合护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2016年3月至2018年4月泉州妇幼保健院儿童医院收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较2组患者护理后的睡眠质量，抑郁焦虑水平。结果：观察组的睡眠质量高于对照组，抑郁焦虑水平低于对照组。结论：综合护理干预能提高急性闭角型青光眼患者的睡眠质量，降低急性闭角型青光眼患者的抑郁焦虑水平。
