摘要 目的：探讨聚焦护理模式在经皮穿刺肺部活检中实施的应用价值。方法：选取2016年5月至2018年5月宁德市医院收治的经皮穿刺肺部活检手术患者120例作为研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预，观察组患者在对照组护理方式的基础上联合使用聚焦护理模式进行护理，比较2组患者心率、心理状况以及并发症等方面的差异。结果：干预后观察组患者整体睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=4.03，P<0.05)。结论：聚焦护理模式有意识的尊重患者自身的思维，改善患者睡眠质量，促进患者自身护理技能的挖掘，可显著减少并发症的发生率，并使得穿刺成功率得以有效提升。
