综合护理干预对支气管肺炎患儿的睡眠质量改善的研究(1)
摘要 目的：探討综合护理干预对支气管肺炎患儿的睡眠质量改善效果。方法：选取安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿84例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组42例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较2组患儿临床疗效以及睡眠质量改善情况。结果：观察组患儿气促、发热、肺啰音以及咳嗽消失时间均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿住院费用以及住院时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿PSQI睡眠质量评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预在支气管肺炎患儿护理中应用效果显著，有利于恢复患儿肺功能，改善其睡眠质量，提升临床疗效，推荐临床广泛应用。

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Improvement of Sleep Quality in Children with Bronchopneumonia

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of sleep quality in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods：A total of 84 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to the first people′s hospital of bengbu city，anhui province were randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results：The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of shortness of breath，fever，lung rales and disappearance time of cough(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses and length of stay in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group，with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The PSQI score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with bronchopneumonia is significant，which is beneficial to the recovery of lung function，the improvement of sleep quality，and the promotion of clinical efficacy., 百拇医药(赵春瑛 金言飞 武丹凤 许甜甜)
