康复护理改善冠心病患者生命质量及睡眠质量的临床效果观察(1)

     摘要 目的：探究康復护理改善冠心病患者生命质量和睡眠质量的临床改善效果。方法：选取2016年3月至2018年3月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的冠心病患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加用康复护理。比较2组患者的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及生命质量[生命质量评价量表(SF-36量表)]评分。结果：护理2周后，观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：康复护理可显著提升冠心病患者的生命质量及睡眠质量，临床应用效果显著。

    Observation on the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Improvement of Life and Sleep Quality of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

    Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical improvement effect of rehabilitation nursing for quality of life and sleep of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease in Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group according to the method of lot drawing.The control group were with routine nursing，the observation group were with rehabilitation nursing on the basis.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]and life quality[MOS item short from health survey(SF-36 scale)]of two groups were compared.Results：The PSQI score of observation group after 2 weeks of admission were significantly lower than those of control group，the SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those of control group，there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion：The rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep of patients with coronary heart disease，so its clinical application effect is remarkable., 百拇医药(林英旗)
