摘要 目的：探究综合护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者治疗效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者60例作为研究对象，双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合护理干预。比较2组的护理结果及睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI)评分。结果：观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可促进类风湿性关节炎患者治疗效果的提高及睡眠质量的改善。
