摘要 目的：研究护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量与生命质量的影响作用。方法：选取2018年1—12月于福建省立医院接受化疗的肺癌患者84例作为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以护理干预，比较2组患者的睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分以及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的PSQI睡眠質量评分、QLQ-CCC生命质量评分、观察组患者的护理满意度均优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：为肺癌化疗患者实施护理干预，对提升患者睡眠质量、改善生命质量均有积极帮助，还可使患者对护理服务更加满意。
