摘要 目的：分析研討知信行护理在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年10月至2019年3月期间普宁市人民医院全科医学科收治的OSAHS患者80例作为研究对象，按护理方式分对照组(常规护理)和观察组(知信行护理)，每组40例，比较护理效果。结果：观察组护理满意度92.50%高于对照组72.50%(P<0.05)。护理前，组间MoCA评分比较(P>0.05)，护理后，观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：OSAHS患者接受知信行护理，可显著改善其认知和护患关系，有利于疾病预后。
