摘要 总结项祖闯主任平脉辨证运用自拟“项氏睡眠方”治疗失眠的临床经验。通过对睡眠方运用的临床证型、对应的脉型特征、方剂组成及加减进行分析介绍，希冀对治疗失眠症有所启发，供临床参考。

    Abstract This paper summarized the clinical experience of chief physician Xiang Zuchuang in treating insomnia with self-designed ‘Xiang′s sleep prescription’ based on syndrome differentiation of pulse.The clinical syndrome types，corresponding pulse characteristics，composition and addition and subtraction of formula were introducted to enlighten the treatment of insomnia and provide clinical reference.
