摘要 目的：分析综合性护理对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量及生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年5月至2018年10月福建省肿瘤医院的肺癌化疗患者72例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。对照组进行常规临床护理，观察组则进行综合性护理干预。比较2组的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]及生命质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]评分。结果：观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，EORTC QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合性护理模式可显著改善肺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量及生命质量，值得推广应用。
