摘要 斑秃相当于中医的“油风”，表现为一种局限性的斑片状脱发，骤然发生，反复发作，临床治疗颇为棘手。现代医学认为斑秃与睡眠障碍关系密切。吴自勤教授治疗本病，尤其是伴有睡眠障碍的斑秃患者，从养血安神入手且贯穿疾病始终，临床疗效甚佳。现附验案3则以共享。
