摘要 目的：探究延续性护理对脑胶质瘤患者放疗后生命质量的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院放疗科成功随访的行放疗的脑胶质瘤患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组采用延续性护理，对照组采用常规护理。出院6个月使用FACT-H&N(第四版)中文版对研究对象进行测定。结果：观察组在生理健康状况(24.08±3.70)分、社会/家庭状况(24.6±3.04)分、情感状况(18.93±1.89)分、身体功能状况(23.13±4.14)分的评分，睡眠质量(6.90±0.382)分以及满意度的情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：脑胶质放疗后出院患者实施延续性护理，能明显改善患者生命质量，提高患者睡眠质量，促进护患关系和谐。
