摘要 目的：探讨对抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者采用曲唑酮治疗的效果及对其睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2017年10月至2019年10月期间福建省立医院收治的抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组治疗药物为阿普唑仑，观察组治疗药物为曲唑酮，分析治疗效果、治疗前后HAMD评分以及PSQI评分。结果：观察组总有效率较对照组高，HAMD评分、PSQI评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：对抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者采用曲唑酮治疗效果较好，可有效减轻抑郁程度，改善抑郁状况，提高睡眠质量。
