家属参与护理对内科治疗患儿依从性及睡眠的影响(1)
摘要 目的：研究家屬参与护理对小儿内科患儿治疗依从性及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年4月至2019年4月泉州市儿童医院小儿内科收治的患儿78例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=40)。对照组进行常规护理，观察组采用家属参与护理。比较2组患儿的治疗依从性及护理前后睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果：观察组的治疗依从性显著高于对照组，护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：家属参与护理有助于稳定小儿内科患儿的情绪状态，提升治疗依从性，改善睡眠质量，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract Objective：To study the influence of nursing of family members′ participation for the treatment compliance and sleep quality of children in Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine.Methods：A total of 78 children in Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Quanzhou City from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group according to the lot drawing method.The control group were with routine nursing，the observation group were with the nursing of participation of family members.Then the treatment compliance and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)] before amd after the nursing of two groups were compared.Results：The treatment compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group，and the PSQI score after the nursing was significantly lower than that of control group，there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion：The nursing care of family members′ participation of children in Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine is helpful to stabilize children′s mood，improve treatment compliance and improve sleep quality，so its clinical application value is higher.
