摘要 目的：分析肠癌手术患者采用KAP(知、信、行)护理对睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年3月至2020年3月福建省立医院收治的肠癌手术患者82例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组给予传统护理，观察组给予KAP护理，2组均在护理2周后评价护理效果，比较2组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分。结果：观察组护理2周后SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均明显比对照组低，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：KAP护理可有效减轻肠癌手术患者不良情绪，改善睡眠质量，取得令人满意的护理效果，值得借鉴。
