【摘要】目的： 探讨壳聚糖长效抗菌材料治疗儿童浅Ⅱ°烫伤创面的疗效及安全性。方法：将20例患儿随机分为壳聚糖长效抗菌材料组(A组)、阿米卡星组(B组)、1%聚维酮碘+重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子组(C组)、1%聚维酮碘组(D组)4组，观察各组临床疗效；评价创面愈合时间、药物不良反应。结果： 4组患儿用药后创面愈合时间、临床疗效评价差异不明显，P>0.05，所有患儿无不良反应发生。结论：壳聚糖长效抗菌材料应用于儿童烫伤创面有较好的抗菌效果，有一定的促进创面修复作用，使用安全方便。
