心理护理对门诊妇科患者就医的影响(1)

【摘要】目的：分析研究对门诊妇科病人就医采取心理护理的临床效果。方法：抽取半年来在我院门诊妇科就医的病人120例，采取随机抽取模式，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组对病人采取常规门诊妇科的就医流程，实验组在对照组的基础之上加入心理护理干预，对两组病人满意度给予对比分析。结果：实验组护理满意度明显优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对门诊妇科病人就医采取心理护理，可以使病人满意度提高，使门诊就医量增加，具有临床推广价值。
