中西医结合预防脑梗死50例疗效观察

【摘要】目的:分析研究预防脑梗死采取中西医共同治疗的临床治疗效果。方法：抽取近年来在我院收治的患有脑梗死的病人100例，采用随机抽取模式，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组对病人采取阿司匹林治疗，实验组在阿司匹林治疗的基础之上加入六味地黄丸和活血化瘀汤进行治疗，对两组临床治疗效果给予对比分析。结果：实验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对脑梗死病人采取中西医共同治疗，可以获得良好的临床治疗效果，不良反应少，具有安全稳定性，使病人健康生活质量得到保障，具有临床推广价值。

Observation the integrative medicine effect of 50 cases with cerebral infarction.

Objective: To analyze and investigate the integrative medicine effect of cerebral infarction prevention. Methods: Randomly selected 100 patients with cerebral infarction of our hospital in recent years, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group of patients taking aspirin, the experimental group was added Liu Wei Di Huang Pills and Huo Xue Hua Yu Decoction on the basis of aspirin, compared and analyzed the curative effect of two groups.Results: The curative effect of experimental group was better than the control group significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with cerebral infarction taken integrative medicine treatment can get good clinical results, fewer adverse reactions, and with security and stability, which ensures the life quality of patients, has clinical development value ......
