摘要 目的：分析青少年未婚先孕的原因，方法：对我院2008-2013年青少年中期人工流产的年龄、文化程度、孕次、受孕原因、社会因素分析 结果：在80例未婚青少年引产中，好发年龄17-19岁，文化程度以初中、职高文化，以农村留守青少年为主。结论：青少年未婚终止妊娠逐年增加，其严重影响身心健康和今后的婚姻、家庭及优生优育。如何提高青少年的性心理、生理、道德教育的知识，和自我保护意识和生理健康教育，使其及时采取补救措施，并提供适合青少年的安全有效的避孕方法，是杜绝和减少意外妊娠，防止性病、艾滋病传播，生殖道感染的重要环节。

Analysis of 80 cased of mid-term adolescent abortion

AbstractObjective: To analyze the causes of teen pregnancy. Method: To analyze the age, degree of education, times of pregnancy, pregnancy causes and social factors of mid-term adolescent abortion in our hospital during 2008-2013. Results: In 80 cases of unmarried adolescents, the predilection age is 17-19 years,the education degree is middle and high school , and they are mainly of left-behind teenagers in rural areas.
