【摘要】目的:分析研究慢阻肺伴有呼吸衰竭采取无创辅助通气护理的效果。方法：抽取2012年3月-2013年9月在我院收治的患有COPP伴有呼吸衰竭的病人120例，对其采取BiPAP(双水平无创正压呼吸机)进行辅助通气，在整个治疗期间对病人实施精细化护理模式，对其临床效果给予分析研究。结果：所有病人临床症状、体征都得到有效改善，全部成功治愈出院。结论：对COPP伴有呼吸衰竭采取BiPAP进行辅助通气，同时采取相对应的护理措施，可以获得明显的临床效果。

    Noninvasive ventilation in nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema complicated with respiratory failure

    AbstractObjective: To analyze the nursing effect of noninvasive ventilation in nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema complicated with respiratory failure. Methods: Selected 120 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013, and they would take assisted ventilation of BiPAP (noninvasive positive pressure ventilation). Results: The clinical symptoms, physical signs of all patients were effectively improved, all of them successfully cured.
