早期肠内营养对肝胆外科手术后患者胃肠道功能影响分析

【摘要】目的:分析研究早期肠内营养支持肝胆外科手术以后病人胃肠道功能的影响。方法：抽取2012年8月-2014年2月在我院进行肝胆外科手术的病人150例，采用数字随机抽取模式，随机分为两组(实验组、对照组)，每组各75例。对照组对病人实施肠外营养支持，实验组对病人实施早期肠内营养支持，对两组临床效果给予对比分析。结果：实验组首次肛门排气和排便时间明显短于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组胃肠功能改善情况明显优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肝胆外科手术以后，采取早期肠内营养支持对病人胃肠功能的恢复起到非常关键的作用，具有临床推广价值。
