茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床观察

【摘要】目的:分析研究新生儿病理性黄疸采取茵栀黄口服液的临床治疗效果。方法：抽取2012年4月-2013年11月在我院收治的患有病理性黄疸的患儿90例，采用随机抽取模式，随机分为两组(实验组和对照组)，每组各45例。对照组对患儿实施常规临床治疗措施，实验组在常规治疗的基础之上加入茵栀黄口服液进行治疗，对实验组和对照组临床治疗效果给予对比分析。结果：实验组治疗总体有效率95.6%，对照组治疗总体有效率73.3%，临床实验结果显示，实验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组胆红素水平明显低于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：新生儿病理性黄疸采取茵栀黄口服液治疗，可以获得令人满意的治疗效果，使患儿健康生活质量得到保障。

Abstract Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of treating neonatal pathologic jaundice with Yinzhihuang oral liquid.
