中医特色护理对胆囊切除术患者康复的影响

【摘要】目的 探讨中医特色护理对胆囊切除术患者康复的影响。方法 选取我院外科收治的胆囊切除术患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行穴位电针、中药浴足、耳穴压豆等中医特色护理。观察两组患者术后排气、排便时间、术后并发症和平均住院时间。结果 观察组患者术后排气、排便时间、并发症(伤口疼痛、腹部不适)发生率、平均住院时间均低于对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医特色护理可促进胆囊切除术后患者的康复，减少并发症发生。

Using statistical methods to compare the different between two groups. Results There are differences between two groups in statistically significant. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients of Cholecystectomy.
