【摘要】目的：探讨苯那普利和护理干预治疗高血压左心室肥厚患者治疗有效性。方法：采用苯那普利药物及护理干预治疗89例原发性高血压左心室肥厚患者，观察记录并比较其临床疗效。结果：患者治疗前与治疗6个月后收缩压、舒张压及左室重量指数(LVMI)比较，血压较治疗前降低、左室肥厚改善明显，其差异具有显著性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论：苯那普利治疗药物治疗及护理干预高血压左心室肥厚患者，不仅能良好控制血压，也能明显减轻左室肥厚，有重要临床实际价值。
