【摘要】目的:探讨Kessler法一期修复重建手部无人区屈指肌腱功能的疗效。方法: 选取2010年1月至2013年6月间我院手外科收治的20例(38指)手部无人区屈指肌腱损伤患者作为研究对象, 所有患者均急诊采用改良Kleinert's方案进行一期修复和功能重建，术后2-3天采用Kleinert's控制性支具进行早期功能锻练，术后随访3-6个月，采用TAM系统评定法评价手功能恢复情况，采用Lovett法评定肌力恢复情况。结果:所有患者均完成随访,TAM评分优16指, 良18指,中4指, 差0指, 优良率为89.4%。Lovett评定肌力M4 – 5 31指, M3 7指。结论:对手外伤屈指肌腱断裂患者急诊一期采用Kessler法修复重建肌腱功能效果可靠，粘连少，手功能和肌力恢复佳。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of modified Kessler scheme for unmanned area hand one stage reconstruction of flexor tendon function.
