脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的康复护理

【摘要】目的：分析脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的护理措施，总结医学经验，为临床提供借鉴意义。方法：病例选取我院于2012年2月—2013年11月收治的脑卒中患者，从中随机选出160例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者采用一般护理，观察组患者则在对照组的基础上施行康复干预护理。结果：康复效果上，观察组患者高于对照组，且观察组患者的治疗有效率为92.26%，明显高于对照组(78.75%)。两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于脑卒中患者而言，护理在恢复吞咽功能的问题上有着极为重要的促进作用，而且有利于降低残障的发生率，对提高和恢复患者的生活质量起到了极为有意义的作用。
【 abstract 】 objective: to analyze the nursing measures, swallowing disorder in patients with cerebral apoplexy summary of medical experience, to provide reference for clinic. Methods: selection cases in our hospital in February 2012 - November 2013 cerebral apoplexy patients, randomly selected from 160 cases as the research object, its all 80 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.
