摘要
医院管理是各个系统的集成，包括行政后勤服务系统、信息化支持系统、财务保障系统、技术经营系统、服务经营系统、质量经营系统、人文经营系统、运营管理系统、人力资源系统和市场营销系统，前三个系统构成支持保障系统群，技术、服务、质量和人文系统构成主要的医疗生态系统，后三个系统贯穿医院整体运行的始终，起到协调与连贯作用。
In this paper,Hospital management is the integration of the various systems, including administrative logistics service system, information support system, financial support system, technology management system, service management system, quality management system, humanistic management system, operation management system, human resource system and marketing system, the first three systems constitute a support group, technology, service, quality and humanistic system constitute a major health ecosystem, after three systems throughout the course of the hospital running overall coordination and coherence.
笔者通过对医院管理的认识与了解，结合个人体会，提出医院管理应建立十个方面的运行系统。这十大运行系统如果能顺畅运行，医院管理无论从医疗质量、服务质量、运行效率、经济效益、社会效益、文化建设、员工满意度和顾客满意度等方面均能取得协调一致的发展。请见图1。现具体阐述如下。

一、三个系统构成支持保障系统群
行政后勤保障系统、信息建设系统及财务管理系统，作为医院有效运行的基础系统，构成了支持保证系统群。
1、行政后勤系统：开展基础管理和后勤服务保障工作。
2、信息化系统：医院现代化效率管理与服务提供所必须实施的基础工程。
3、财务管理系统：医院顺畅运行的资金保证与有效管理。
二、技术经营系统
技术经营系统包括新技术情报分析与研究、新技术引进、人才培养与引进、老技术更新与淘汰、临床科研带动等 ......
