老年高血压患者坐卧位血压值的比较分析(2)
我们对200名年龄大于60岁的老年高血压患者均按要求进行了坐卧位血压的测量。为避免由不同人操作所致的试验误差，整个试验数据测量的为同一人操作。我们的试验结果发现卧位收缩压及舒张压均高于坐位的血压测量值。卧位收缩压高于坐位收缩压4.4±5.5mm Hg，卧位舒张压高于坐位舒张压4.9±5.8mm Hg；同性别内卧位的收缩压及舒张压也均高于坐位的收缩压及舒张压。不同年龄阶段的坐卧位血压值的比较发现，卧位的收缩压及舒张压均高于坐位的收缩压及舒张压(P
总之，体位对血压的影响是客观存在的，尤其是老年高血压患者更应重视体位变化带来的不利影响。但我们的实验的不足之处为样本量小。接下来要增加样本量再进行统计分析。同时联合患者的脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及踝臂指数(ABI)进一步探讨老年高血压患者的体位所致的血压改变和其血管弹性的相关性研究
