综合护理干预对关节镜下前叉韧带重建的护理及康复训练效果(1)

【摘要】目的 分析关节镜下前叉韧带重建的护理措施与康复训练效果。方法 选取2012年1月至2014年12月期间本院门诊收入接受自体腘绳肌重建前交叉韧带(ACL)治疗的160例患者作为研究对象，根据治疗后护理干预方式的不同分为研究组与对照组，每组各80例。研究组患者给予综合护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理干预。观察并比较两组患者经护理干预后的一般情况。结果 研究组患者心理状态，膝关节功能及护理满意率均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 根据关节镜下ACL修复术制定的护理措施及术后康复训练计划可有效促进患者术后功能恢复，可于临床推广应用。
