摘要：目的 分析氯丙嗪联合氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法 选取本院1417例精神分裂症患者，随机分组，分别给予氯氮平和双氯(氯丙嗪联合氯氮平)治疗，观察疗效。结果 相比对照组，观察组患者症状减轻程度明显(P<0.05)。结论 氯丙嗪联合氯氮平治疗精神分裂症能够有效改善患者症状，值得在临床中推广。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia combined with chlorpromazine. Methods 1417 cases of hospital patients with schizophrenia, randomized, were given clozapine and chlorpromazine combined with clozapine treatment, effects were observed. Results Compared to the control group, symptoms in the observation group reduced significantly (P<0.05).
