    臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗阴道炎的效果探讨

    目的：探讨联用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪与硝酸咪康唑栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法：对2015年4月至2016年8月期间四川省自贡市荣县华康医院收治的180例阴道炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这180例患者分为硝酸咪康唑栓组和联合组，每组各有90例患者。对硝酸咪康唑栓组患者使用硝酸咪康唑栓进行治疗，对联合组患者联用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪与硝酸咪康唑栓进行治疗，然后比较两组患者临床症状消失的时间、治疗的总有效率、不良反应的发生率及对治疗效果的满意度。结果：与硝酸咪康唑栓组患者相比，联合组患者外阴瘙痒、阴道分泌物增多及排尿痛等临床症状消失的时间均更短，其治疗的总有效率和对治疗效果的总满意率均更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0,05)。结论：联用臭氧雾化妇科治疗仪与硝酸咪康唑栓治疗阴道炎的效果显著，能有效地改善患者的临床症状，提高其对治疗效果的满意度，且不良反应较少，用药的安全性较高。

    Objective:Clinical effect of therapeutic equipment of liquefacient ozone combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories for vaginitis. Methods:Retrospective study material of 180 cases vaginitis treated in Huakang Hospital of Rong county in Zigong city April 2015 to August 2016.Randomly divided the cases into union group and single group.Treat single group with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories and treat union group with therapy of therapeutic equipment of liquefacient ozone combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories.Compare sympotoms disappearing time,total effective rate,occurrence of adverse reaction and satisfaction rate to treatment of patients. Results: Compare with single group, sympotoms disappearing time of union group is shorter, total effective rate and satisfaction rate to treatment of patients are higher(P <0.05). Occurrence of adverse reaction of two groups have no statistical significant(P > 0,05).Conclusion: Effect of therapy of therapeutic equipment of liquefacient ozone combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppositories for vaginitis is obvious,it can improve sympotoms of patients effectively,increase satifaction satisfaction rate to treatment,and it cause less adverse reaction,safety of drug use is high. ......
