    用两种吸氧管对肺心病患者进行吸氧治疗的效果对比

    目的：对比用两种吸氧管对肺心病患者进行吸氧治疗的临床效果。方法：将2015年2月至2016年2月期间在四川省自贡市富顺县晨光医院就诊的148例肺心病患者分为扶舒清组和鼻导管组，每组各有74例患者。用扶舒清吸氧管对扶舒清组患者进行吸氧治疗。用传统的鼻导管对鼻导管组患者进行吸氧治疗。吸氧治疗结束后，观察对比两组患者吸氧设备安装的时间、刺激性咳嗽的发生率及治疗时的舒适度。结果：扶舒清组患者吸氧设备安装的时间明显短于鼻导管组患者，其治疗的舒适度明显高于鼻导管组患者，其刺激性咳嗽的发生率明显低于鼻导管组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：与使用传统的鼻导管对肺心病患者进行吸氧治疗的效果相比，用“扶舒清”吸氧管对该病患者进行吸氧治疗可显著缩短其吸氧设备安装的时间，降低其刺激性咳嗽的发生率，提高其治疗的舒适度。

    Objective∶ To compare apply 2 kinds of oxygen tube in oxygen inhalation treatment for patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods∶ Divide 148 patients with pulmonary heart disease

    by our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 into Fushuqing group and routine group,74 patients each group.Apply Fushuqing oxygen tube for Fushuqing group in oxygen inhalation treatment,apply routine tube for routine group, then compare installation time of oxygen breathing machine, incidence of irritable cough and comfort degree during treatment. Results∶ The degree of comfort of Fushuqing group is higher than routine group, incidence of irritable cough of Fushuqing group is lower than routine group and installation time of oxygen breathing machine shorter than control group (P <0.05). Conclusion∶Compare with apply routine tube in oxygen inhalation treatment for patients with pulmonary heart disease, apply “Fu Shu Qing” oxygen tube in oxygen inhalation can shorten installation time of oxygen breathing machine ,increase comfort degree of patients and decrease incidence of irritable cough . ......
