摘 要：新上岗护士刚进入临床工作，由于临床工作繁重，经验不足，以及新护士的特点，存在着或多或少的风险，运用PDCA模式对新上岗护士的风险管理是规避护理风险的有效方法。通过4个周期的PDCA循环，护理差错、投诉、纠纷明显减少，PDCA程序是科学解决问题的工作方法、工作程序，能显著规避护理风险。
