【摘要】食品安全问题关乎民生，是时下引起社会普遍关注的热点问题之一，高校食堂的饮食安全更是与高校师生的饮食质量和身心健康安全息息相关的话题。伴随高校后勤机构改革的不断完善，在新时期加强对高校饮食安全影响因素的重视程度，提高食堂的饮食安全显得尤为必要。
