总之，宫颈癌组织中的Bmi-1蛋白与肿瘤的某些生物学参数密切相关，研究Bmi-1蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达对于患者的早期诊断具有一定的临床意义，并有可能成为宫颈癌预后评测的指标，并随着基因治疗研究的进展，将有可能为宫颈癌基因治疗提供新的靶点。
