咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹80例疗效观察

摘要：目的：研究咪唑斯汀结合雷尼替丁对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：随机选取了80例慢性荨麻疹患者，并平均分为两组，研究组40例采用咪唑斯汀与雷尼替丁相结合对慢性荨麻疹进行治疗，参考组40例则单纯使用咪唑斯汀进行治疗，并对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果：研究组患者经过两种药物的结合临床治疗后，总有效率为97.5%，与参考组的治疗总有效率77.5%相比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁在治疗慢性荨麻疹方面，临床治愈率高，药物安全性较高，并发症发生几率小，具有临床应用与推广的价值。
